Not only is feeling your best self on your wedding day super important. Our wedding prep programme is also the perfect opportunity to get yourself in shape for the longterm. It is an incredible motivator and we love that our Brides & Grooms continue with their fitness journey well after their big day.

What is the G2 Wedding prep?

The G2 Wedding prep aims to help you to achieve a specific physique that will make you feel your best in your special day. It’s important to approach any fitness goal with a focus on overall health and well-being rather than solely on appearance and the G2 Method helps you keep the weight off.

How is it performed?

Start Early if you can (6-8 months time), Resistance Training, Cardiovascular exercise, Core exercise. If you do not have as long as 6 months, don’t worry! The G2 Method can still help you achieve your goals.
